Reddrop Group Pty Ltd (ABN 70 626 690 622) is an Australian company based in Ballarat, Victoria. ReddropAI is our software brand. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Reddrop Group Pty Ltd. You can reach us about anything here at hello@reddrop.ai.
What we collect
- When you contact us: your name, email address and anything you choose to put in your message.
- When you visit this site: our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running. This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.
- When you use our software: the app may contact our servers to check for and download updates, to sign you in, and to send feedback or diagnostic reports you choose to submit. Those requests include basic technical details such as the app version, macOS version and IP address, plus your account email if you sign in.
What stays on your Mac
Our software is designed to run on your own Mac. Your workspaces, your agents' work and the accounts you connect are stored on your device, with credentials in the macOS Keychain, and aren't sent to us. When you connect a third party service or AI model provider, what you send it is handled under that provider's own terms and privacy policy.
How we use it
- To reply to enquiries and give support.
- To deliver updates, run accounts and keep our services secure.
- To understand and fix problems you report, and to improve our products.
- To meet our legal obligations.
We don't sell personal information, and we don't use it for third party advertising.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to host this site, deliver software updates and handle email. They process information only on our behalf. Some of them store data outside Australia, including in the United States, and we take reasonable steps to make sure they protect it. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires, and then we delete or de-identify it.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, including encryption in transit and limiting who can get to it.
Your choices
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@reddrop.ai. We'll respond within 30 days. You don't have to give your name to ask a general question.
Children
Our products are made for businesses and aren't directed at children under 16.
Complaints
If you're concerned about how we've handled your information, email us first and we'll try to put it right. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
